Doctor Sand has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with one of the largest ready-mix producers of the country with the purpose of exploring supply chain synergies, backward integration and product innovation in sustainable construction materials like m-sand, recycled aggregates, etc. This MoU will establish a long-term collaborative relationship between the signatories.
The agreement has been signed to further the cause of value creation in the infrastructure industry and to facilitate joint go-to-market partnerships in advancing businesses. This will enable the parties to come together in a cohesive manner and carry forward the common commercial priorities.
The collaboration between the two companies will help Doctor Sand capitalise on significant opportunities for taking massive strides in the construction aggregates space.It is driven by co-innovation and leveraging domain expertise. With this alliance, both signatories will have greater access to resources for increasing their market presence.
According to the MoU, upon successful market developments, both parties will enter into commercial contractsin various segments on mutually agreed terms with one another.
